Join us at Daha on Tuesday, 3rd November at 12 noon for a special visit from Sally of the Plurabelle Paddlers!
The Plurabelle Paddlers are an inspiring Dublin-based dragon boat club supporting women who have experienced breast cancer, bringing people together through movement, friendship and the joy of being active.
Sally will share the story of this wonderful organisation and explore how movement, exercise and paddling can support physical and emotional wellbeing during and after breast cancer treatment.
We'll hear about the benefits of staying active, building confidence, connecting with others and discovering the power of being part of a supportive community.
Whether you're living with breast cancer, have a history of it, or simply want to learn more, we'd love you to join us!
