March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and is a time to shine a light on a disease that has too often been described as having “silent symptoms.” Awareness, education and early detection can make a life-changing difference and that’s why this conversation matters.
We are honoured to welcome Dr. Sharon O’Toole, PhD, Chair of OvaCare and its Medical Panel, to lead this important talk. A passionate advocate and expert in the field, Dr. O’Toole will speak about all five gynaecological cancers, with a particular focus on ovarian cancer as well as its symptoms, diagnosis, and the urgent need for greater awareness in Ireland.
We warmly invite you to join us for what promises to be an informative, empowering and meaningful discussion.
A nominal fee of €10 is required to book your place. All proceeds will be donated to Ovacare.
OvaCare is dedicated to giving a voice to everyone affected by ovarian cancer in Ireland. Through advocacy, education and access to global research and best practice, OvaCare works tirelessly to improve diagnosis, support patients and families, and champion research into earlier identification and better treatment options.
