This Vinyasa Tone & Strength class is a flowing yoga practice that builds strength while improving mobility, balance, and body awareness.  As we move through the sequence, you’ll develop strength and stability while staying connected to your breath. Variations and progressions are offered so you can practice in a way that suits your body, whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced. Expect a focused, energising session that leaves you feeling stronger, more mobile, and mentally clear.
