As autumn draws to a close, join us for a soothing 1-hour breathwork session designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect.

Through mindful breathing and grounding practices, you’ll:

  • Release tension and emotional residue from the season
  • Deepen the connection between breath, body, and awareness
  • Cultivate warmth, balance, and inner calm for the winter ahead

You’ll be guided through a blend of techniques—including coherent (belly) breathing, vagus nerve breathing, and box breathing—centered around the natural bridge breath.

Held in a peaceful, nurturing space, this practice honors the rhythm of transition, inviting you to exhale what no longer serves and breathe in clarity and renewal.

No experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothing and an open heart—mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
