This 60-minute breathwork session is designed to help reset your nervous system and leave you calmer, clearer, and able to actually relax.

You’ll be guided through a blend of techniques—including coherent (belly) breathing, vagus nerve breathing, and box breathing—centered around the natural bridge breath.

Course is led by Darren Wallis, Blissful Breath Teacher

No experience needed.  Just wear comfortable clothes.
