This extended 90 minute class incorporates gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, fertility-focused visualisations, affirmations, restorative yoga and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. These practices can help reduce stress, balance hormones, improve circulation to the reproductive system, and support emotional well-being.
No prior yoga experience is needed, and all poses are safe for the two-week wait (TWW) and early pregnancy.
