At Dāha we use specialised equipment to test your maximum oxygen uptake during exercise. After reviewing your details, our expert will fit you with a heart monitor and the breathing mask before positioning you on an exercise bike. You will cycle for a period of 10-20 minutes during which time we will increase the effort required until you reach your maximum. After your wind down, we will give you a detailed report of your VO2 max level in ml/kg/min and explain how it is in comparison to age/gender benchmarks. From there, it's up to you and your trainer to get you to the next level!
