We will start with a 30-minute consultation where we will give you an Ōura ring to
wear for 2 weeks. You will link to the Ōura app and track your sleep patterns during
that time. That information will also be stored using the Dāha licensed private portal
on Ōura. After 2 weeks you will return for a follow-up 30 minute consultation to
review your sleep history, strategise ways to improve and help you on your way to a
healthier, happier lifespan.
